If you need a little more information and would like more of a preview of the book, read on.  I'll walk you through a 'Home Appraisal' which assesses the area of your health needing the most attention.  The appraisal concept is covered in more depth in the book House Call. What you'll read here is just a taste!

As a refresher, a human being's health is like a house with four rooms, a physical room, a mental room, an emotional room, and a spiritual room.

If you go into each room on a daily basis for some housecleaning you achieve optimal health no matter where you start from. Let's take a 'Home Appraisal' of two of your rooms of health so you see which area of your health requires a little tender loving care!

Physical Room Appraisal

1. What is your Basal Metabolic Rate?

2. What is your Body Mass Index?

3. What is your body fat percentage?

4. Do you regularly detox and cleanse your body with a detox program? If so, which one(s) do you use and for how long?

5. Do you smoke cigarettes, chew tobacco, drink alcohol excessively, or use illegal drugs? If so, which one(s)? How many per day? How long have you been doing this?
